The Center Street Gymnasium is located at 261 Center Street in Brewer at the Dr. Daniel Lee Adminstration Building. This gymnasium is the former home to the Brewer Middle School PE and athletic program. Since the Brewer Middle School closed its doors in 2011 and moved to the new location at 92 Pendleton Street in the Brewer Community School, the gym has served as an extra facility for athletic programs in the school department as well as recreational department. 

In the winter months, subvarsity high school programming uses the facility to help ease congestion at Brewer High School. In the spring months, the Brewer Softball program utilizes the spacious gym to practice indoor softball while the fields melt from the winters snow. In the summer, Brewer Parks and Rec uses the facility to host their day rec program.
